Rummyclub: Overview
Okey is a board game for 2-4 players. It is played with stones numbered from 1 to 13 in 4 different colours. In addition there are 2 Jokers.
The aim of the game is to build groups and sequences on the board. Stones with the number 1 can be placed at both the lower and upper end of a sequence. Laying ‘around the corner’, e.g. to form the sequence ‘13, 1, 2’ is not allowed. The players take it in turns to place stones. If a player has placed all but one of his/her stones in groups or sequences, and therefore covered the board, the player wins the round. If not, a stone must be discarded and the next player may take his/her turn.
The round is won by the player, who is able to place all bar one of his/her stones in groups and sequences, and therefore cover the board.
